On a recent property inspection, we noticed a few items that need to be addressed. There are banners hanging in front of your unit that need to be remove. According, to the CC'Rs section 7.3, all signage must be professionally designed, constructed and installed, and in keeping with the tone, design and décor of the exterior of the building. At this time we must ask that you remove all of the banners, immediately. We must also request that all trash, equipment, cans or storage piles currently being stored on the side of building be removed and disposed of properly.
