돼지독감으로 알려진 신종플루에 양성반응을 일으킨 학생이 있어서 윈드미어에 있는 카요리크릭 초등학교가 다음주 임시휴교에 들어갔습니다.
증상은 독감처럼 열이나거나, 두통, 몸살, 기침 등이 있으니, 주의해야겠습니다.

At approximately 7:30 this evening, the Contra Costa County Health Department notified us that a Coyote Creek Elementary School student has tested positive for the Swine Influenza (H1N1 Virus).

For the safety of all students and staff, Contra Costa County health officials have ordered that Coyote Creek Elementary School and the attached daycare facility be closed beginning Monday, May 4th. School may resume as early as Monday, May 11th, unless we are advised to extend the closure beyond that date.

As of this evening, there are no other schools in our district with a confirmed case of the H1N1 virus. As of this writing, all other schools in the district will remain open, and will function as normal.
